Digital Content Writer

Orkestra is looking for a Digital Content Writer to write, edit, and publish well-researched and targeted online content for our website, blogs, guidelines, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, white papers, and more. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in supply chain and logistics and a good understanding of economics.

Orkestra SCS is a logistics tech company that has developed a cloud-based supply chain management platform that helps businesses improve customer service, save costs, and reduce their environmental footprints. Disruptions in supply chain technology have been long overdue and the COVID-19 crisis has only highlighted the need for innovation in this space.


  • Write, edit, and publish well-researched and audience-specific online content for our website, blogs, guidelines, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, white-papers, and more
  • Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Proofread and edit content before publication
  • Organize writing schedules to complete well-structured drafts of content or finished articles within deadlines
  • Use your knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content that is optimized for search engines (SEO) to maximize online visibility
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
  • Work closely with the digital marketing and design team to produce content that generates results


  • BA / MA or BSc / MSc in International Relations, Economics, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of economics is essential
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Technology is desirable but not a must
  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, or similar role
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Adherence to company style guides
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
